Partner with the Corporate Department, Gabriela Vizireanu is a Law School graduate and holds a Business Law masters degree from the University of Bucharest.

Highly experienced in complex business deals, mergers, liquidations, share and asset acquisitions and various corporate law matters, Gabriela advised on important projects, such as the listing on capital markets of shares issued by M.T.C.T.-governed companies, the registration of Fondul Proprietatea S.A. as a shareholder in the portfolio companies, or the acquisition of S.C. Delta Titanium S.R.L. by Leader Real Estate International Limited and Intercolony Limited.
