• Preparation - according to public procurement law procedures - of documents/files for the award of public procurement contracts; advice on the preparation and development of the public procurement procedures; assisting the client in obtaining the Contracting Authority’s approvals for the procurement procedures as conducted;
• Assisting the client before public and judicial authorities, in respect of challenges to public supply procurements and public service procurements;
• Assisting the client in the performance of public procurement contracts and cost eligibility issues.


Technical assistance to the Management Authorities of the various Sectoral Operational Programs

• Checking the legality of acts and documents required to sign the financing contracts;
• Drafting legal opinions on various situations encountered during project assessment;
