Mihai Marian has vast experience in the legislation on constructions, including the International Federation of Consulting Engineers – FIDIC, in commercial or corporate and labour law, in drafting, negotiation and execution of construction and infrastructure contracts, in commercial contracts related to infrastructure and construction activities, in international commercial contracts, in drafting due-diligence reports and specialised analyses on infrastructure and construction legislation, in drafting participation documents for the auctions in infrastructure and drafting legal works on public procurement, as well as in representation of the company’s clients before public authorities competent in constructions.
