Legal advice and assistance to Shanghai Zhongyuan Construction Group Co Ltd with respect to the public procedure for the procurement of services consisting in the design, construction, layout and demolishing of Romania's pavilion at the World Expo 2010 „A better city, a better life” in Shanghai, China;
Legal assistance and consulting granted to the authority concerned at the contractor selection stage, construction and sale of 1049 homes for „Residential Development Baba Novac (Constanţa) – Building Starter Homes Earmarked for Purchase”;
Legal assistance and consulting granted to the works contractor within the contractual claims for the rehabilitation of Bucharest-Constanţa railway, Section 2- Fundulea-Lehliu (ISPA measure);
Legal assistance and consulting granted to the works contractor for the design and performance of Bucharest-Constanţa motorway, Medgidia-Constanţa Section;
Legal assistance and consulting granted at the stage of public procurement of the contract for the performance of the works for the rehabilitation of county road DJ 151-Bistriţa Năsăud;

Continous legal advice to commercial companies and public institutions, on: entering into/amending/terminating employment; the employer's obligations arising from such relationships, including the employers' contributions to the state; drafting of documents governing employment relationship (internal regulations, job descriptions, professional training contract); procedures to be followed in event of labor accidents.
