1. Drafting the deeds and documentation required for the performance and completion of the procedures for the authorisation of the insurer’s incorporation and, respectively, operation, in accordance with the Romanian relevant legislation applicable to insurances/reinsurances, according to the European Directives and norms, as well as the regulations specific to EXIMBANK activity.
2. Legal assistance or representation of the client before the Romanian supervisory, regulatory and control authority (CSA), as well as/ or before any other persons or authorities /institutions or courts, as the case may be.

1. Analysing and drafting the informative notes/ opinions concerning the Romanian and European legislation applicable;

Drafting the deeds and documentation required for the performance and completion of the procedures for the authorisation of the pension company’s incorporation and, respectively, for the authorisation of the private pension (mandatory and voluntary) funds administrators, in accordance with the Romanian relevant legislation applicable to the private pension funds, pursuant to the European Directives and norms;
3. Drafting the deeds and documentation related to the procedures for the authorisation of the private pension funds and the pension prospectuses
4. Drafting the documentation and the writs related to the procedure for the authorisation of marketing agents of the private pension funds
5. Legal assistance or representation of the client before the supervisory regulatory and control authority (CSSPP) as well as/ or before any other persons or authorities /institutions or courts, as the case may be.
