Activities Due diligence over the Company’s assets to the purpose of identification and evaluation of the assets (assistance in trading assets); legal assistance, advice and representation in intellectual property litigations; assistance in view of selection of the optimal reorganisation scenario (evaluation of the brand portofolio). Legal assistance and representation of the client for protection of its community brand Gerovital H3 by promoting the first action in the field of intellectual property with Romanian parties on the roll of the Court of First Instance with the European Court of Justice of Louxemburg (object of the legal action- annulment of the OHIM decision).

Activities General legal assistance granted to Fondul Proprietatea, which mainly comprised the following: legal assistance in relation to television corporations, written press bodies and the National Audio-Visual Council; legal assistance concerning the evaluation of industrial property rights.
Project Protection operations of the intellectual property rights by customs clearance operations (action in coordination with the National Customs Authority)

Activities Development of the program for protection of the intellectual property rights in customs clearance operations by filing national premiere actions (requests for intervention in view of protection of industrial models), complex checking actions of forging industrial models, respectively aluminium profiles. The program was carried out throughout a period of approx. three years and besides effective checks during the customs clearance operations by the introduction of entries by classes of products also included legal actions, criminal claims, negotiations, transactions, etc.
Project The sale of Smart Telecom Solutions SRL (the most important distributor of the telephone operator Cosmote outside the OTE group, the main supplier of electronic payment services with an implementation project of approx. 20000 units type POS in collaboration with Posta Romana and other companies of national scope)
