As concerns computer programs both to authors and users, for:
operations concerning the permanent or temporary reproduction of a computer program by any means and in any form, in part or in whole, including if such reproduction is required by installation, storage, running or execution, displaying or transmission in the network
operations concerning translation, adaptation, arrangement and any other alteration of a computer program and the reproduction of the results thereof, without prejudice to the rights of the person who alters the computer program
operations concerning distribution and rental of the original or of the copies thereof in any form.
The relation with the Romanian Copyright Office or with the collective management bodies
Legal assistance, legal support and representation in the relations with the Romanian copyright office or with the collective management bodies set up subject to the approval of the Romanian copyright office for:
Registration of the private copying with the Romanian copyrights office, in the national register and obtaining from the Romanian copyright office the registration certificate/ authorisation
Registration of phonograms with the Romanian copyright office, in the national register and obtaining the registration certificate/ authorisation and for issuance of hologram marks applicable on the phonograms registered in the national registers administered by the Romanian copyright office
Registration of videograms with the Romanian copyright office, in the national register and obtaining the registration certificate/ authorisation and for issuance of hologram marks applicable on the videograms registered in the national registers administered by the Romanian copyright office
Registration of computer programs with the Romanian copyright office, in the national register
Registration of multipliers with the Romanian copyright office, in the national register and obtaining the registration authorisation
Negotiation for establishing the amount of the compensation and the list of devices and supports in connection therewith compensation is due
Payment or collection by the collective management bodies of the compensation for private copying
Assistance in the arbitration procedures, conducted by the Romanian copyrights office, between collective management bodies and the associative structures of the users or significant users.
