Bogdan has a long experience mainly in the judicial enforcement procedure, in judicial procedures of debt collection and actions for claim. The experience previously gained within the Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Department, particularly in these areas, developed the professional abilities in debt collection.

Bogdan has managed mostly projects with a large volume of debts to be collected, for clients such as S.C. Cosmorom S.A., Banca Comerciala "ION TIRIAC", S.C. Butan Gas SRL, CFR Marfa, Realitatea TV, Administratia Nationala Apele Române, Finansbank, etc.
