Keeping in permanent touch with the legal counsels of CNPR and providing legal assistance with a view to covering any omissions acknowledged and to obtaining the entire documentation provided by law for registration and authorization of a secondary office with the Trade Register Office.
Project Cadastre and land book registration

Activities
Collaboration with a series of cadastral experts both at capital city level and at national level
The establishment in close coordination with the cadastral experts of a strategy for achievement and fulfillment of this procedure as rapidly and efficiently as possible
The receipt from the Client of the documents certifying the ownership right over the real estate, necessary for the cadastral experts to draft the topographic documentation, as well as for the land book registration of the ownership right of the real estate
The performance of legal analyses on each piece of real estate (analysis of the ownership right, identification of problems if any, finding the best solutions for their settlement, etc); preparing the file related to each piece of real estate which is to be turned over to the cadastral experts.
