Drawing up draft agreements, sale and purchase agreements, leases, concession agreements, free lease agreements, exchange agreements, mortgage agreements, participation in and assistance during negotiations 

Drafting legal opinions and legal documents concerning any issues linked with the properties owned or managed by the Client, including issues related to land registration 

Legal assistance and advice consisting in the drafting of legal opinions, requests and other legal documents – concerning property law and corporate law - for the dealings with any third parties 

Legal representation before any public authorities whatsoever, including offices for cadastre and land registration, drafting the necessary documents, conducting any formalities and/or operations required to preserve and protect interests in respect of the properties owned or managed by the Client.
