In 10 years of legal practice, Loredana advised on competition rules compliance, employment, implementations of procedures for privatization/ reducing the State’s interest in energy or transportation companies, electronic communication matters, and public procurement.

Loredana’s years of practice have enabled her to participate in many important projects managed by “Bostina and Associates” in various law areas. She is currently advising on public procurement, concessions, PPP, commercial contracts.
