Activities Within this project, we provided legal advice in relation to the preparation and execution of the procedure for the award of the contract for modernisation and operation of Aeroportul Bacau by the conclusion of a contract between Bacau County Council and the investor with a view to operating the exiting facilities, design, construction, financing and operation of the new facilities.
Project Reconstruction and rehabilitation of the railway line Valcele- Ramnicu Valcea

Activities Legal advice provided in respect of the subcontract agreement execution entered into by and between C.N.C.F. „C.F.R.” S.A. and the Consortium formed of the companies SECOL S.p.a. and ROYAL INTER TRADE Ltd. in order to construct a new railway line Valcele – Ramnicu Valcea, namely for the rehabilitation, consolidation and aggradation of the supporting walls in the area of Hidro-Power and Navigation System „Portile de Fier I”.
Project Rehabilitation of the railway Bucuresti – Brasov, part of the Pan European Corridor IV for circulation of the trains with maximum speeds of 160 km/h.

Activities Within this project, we provided legal advice on the validity, execution, but also on the possibility to amend the design agreement concluded by C.N.C.F. „C.F.R.” – S.A. and I.S.P.C.F. to the purpose of this objective.
Project Conclusion of a Loan Agreement with Bank Credit Suisse First Boston - London Branch for an external loan with a value of USD 120,000,000 for stopping the deterioration of the public railway infrastructure administered by CNCF „CFR”SA

Project Lease of an aircraft Boeing Model 737-300 for passenger air transport operations, by scheduled domestic and international flights.

Activities Legal advice, representation and specialised consultancy within the negotiation meetings for the leasing agreements and the securities related to the aircraft Boeing, as well as the other transaction documents; drafting the documentation required for the import into Romania; drafting legal opinions on the conditions of the Romanian legislation applicable in this area, etc.
Project Rehabilitation and modernisation of 57 electrical diesel locomotives for a 3 year period.

Activities Legal assistance concerning the performance and execution of the Agreement for rehabilitation and modernisation of electrical diesel locomotives concluded with Electro – Motive Division of General Motors Corporation, important part of the national programme for modernisation of the passenger transport by railway. Drafting legal opinions on the taxes and charges due by a non-resident and the conditions for application of the conventions for double taxation avoidance.
