Bostina and Associates advises a management company owned by Romanian and international investors on taking over the operational matters of the TV business broadcaster, The Money Channel for a five-year period.

Managing Partner Doru Bostina: “The deal is extremely complex, and it involves the law firm as well as “Boştină & Associates Corporate Finance”, a company within our group that advises in strategic financial matters, mergers, acquisitions and sales. Lawyers from two departments, i.e. “Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions” and “Intellectual Property and Mass-Media”, respectively, will assist in this deal”.

The legal team advising the project is coordinated by Alexandra Necatu, head of the “Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions” department, while Oana Borocan, head of Boştină & Associates Corporate Finance will advice on the strategic financial matters.

Oana Borocan: “The mandate at issue covers the operation of Money Channel throughout a 5-year period. The deal is a complex one, probably a first-ever on the Romanian media market. We hope it will be completed by the end of October”.
