Bostina & Associates Law Firm continues its nationwide expansion and opens its 16th branch in Piatra Neamt
Bostina & Associates Law Firm continues its nationwide expansion strategy and has initiated the authorisation procedures for a new branch, in Piatra Neamt. This is the 16th office opened by “Bostina & Associates” country-wide, after Timisoara, Brasov, Cluj, Sibiu, Deva, Rimnicu Valcea, Craiova, Pitesti, Ploiesti, Iasi, Suceava, Constanta, Galati, Miercurea Ciuc and Giurgiu, [the last two during authorisation procedures].
Managing Partner Doru Bostina: “After we fully integrated the activity of the 15 territorial offices a year ago, for the past 6 months we have appraised the operational flows established between them and the head-office in Bucharest, in order to have a complete image of our lawyers’ activity – efficiency, workload, ability to promptly answer the requests from the clients in the area, etc.. Thus we have discovered that there are still developing regions which are not covered at the maximum potential by the existing offices. The Piatra Neamt – Bacau region has a phenomenal economic growth potential that cannot be ignored and therefore we have decided – as a first step – to initiate the authorisation procedures for an office in Piatra Neamt with the view to open - in the near future - an office in Bacau”.
Mr. Alexandru Stoica, Partner, manages “Bostina & Associates’” branches as their operations are integrated within “historical regions”: Moldavia, Transylvania-Banat and Oltenia-Muntenia-Dobrogea.
Alexandru Stoica: “In the immediate future, our efforts shall focus on the operational integration of the new office. In order to achieve its objective, our nationwide expansion requires substantial human and financial resources, an IT platform allowing real time cooperation of the lawyers based in various locations for the same project, soft-wares facilitating a rational allocation of resources between the offices in the network, etc.”
The current dynamics of the Romanian economy increases the need of quality legal services, especially in the province as most of the relevant expertise is concentrated in Bucharest.
“After opening the office in Bacau – some time at the beginning of the next year – we may say that the expansion in Moldavia is ended”, adds Doru Bostina.
