Boştină & Associates Lawyers will provide the services for the expropriation of properties located on the Cernavodă – Medgidia Section of Romania’s A2 motorway, following the tender organized by National Company for National Roads and Motorways (CNADNR). The contract has been awarded to the law firm offering the lowest price.

„The completion on time of this penultimate section of the A2 Motorway as agreed by the employer (CNADNR) and the public works contractor depends on the celerity of the expropriation procedures too. In such procedures, the active support given by the CNADNR and the rightful authorities will be decisive. Based on our experience, most of the time, the infrastructure projects can not be completed on time if the expropriation procedures do not start on immediately or can not be carried out according to the schedule” says Mihai Marian, partner at Boştină & Associates, head of the Infrastructure Department.

In six months, 760 real estates situated between kilometeres 151+500 and 170+750 respectively will be expropriated.
