„Boştină and Associates” has recently boosted its public procurement department with the appointment of Lucia Ferendino, who has joined to strengthen a team of over 130 lawyers and consultants.

Lucia Ferendinos is a qualified lawyer, with over 12 years of experience in providing legal advice and representation in areas such as administrative law, civil law, Community law, labor law. Translated into practice, this means over 1000 files managed each year in terms of defence preparation, review and approval, or debt recovery action promotion.

Before coming aboard „Boştină and Associates”, Lucia worked as the Head of the Dispute Department of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development. She contributed to the preparation and approval of manuals of procedures for the EU Funding payment units of AM-PNDR and AM-POP (the Authority for the Management of the National Rural Development Program and the Authority for the Management of the Fishing Operational Program, respectively), and to the checking and approval of the public procurement contracts executed in the application of those procedures. Moreover, she participated in the settlement of the disputes arising from the application of public procurement procedures, providing legal representation before law courts and C.N.S.C. (National Council for Solving Complaints). Lucia Ferendinos graduated from S.N.S.P.A. (National School for Political and Administrative Studies) with a Master’s Degree in acquis communautaire.
