Bostina & Associates has won “The most Active Law Firm on the Capital Market” Award, offered by the “Brokers’ Association” during the “Capital Market Gala Award” ceremony. The other nominees were “Nestor, Nestor, Diculescu, Kingston, Petersen” si “Zamfirescu, Racoti, Predoiu” Law Firms. 

The Gala took place on the 20th November at the Bucharest Diplomatic Club and brought together businessmen, issuers, brokers, bankers, representatives from capital market institutions as well as the most renowned economic analysts and journalists. 

The Award is an acknowledgement of our lawyers’ work and dedication, of their day-to-day enthusiasm and confidence as they tackled some of the most complex projects on the Romanian capital market: the listing of Transelectrica, the listing of Alumil and taking over the Proprietatea Fund portfolio. Among others, we have also offered general legal assistance to the Central Depository, Raiffeisen Capital & Investment and BRD Securities.
