Two lawyers promoted at Bostina & Associates

Ancuta Man and Cezar Gusu, associate lawyers, were promoted for the position of „deputy managing partners” within “Bostina & Associates law firm with operational attributions. Previously, the two lawyers coordinated the activities of the Litigation Department, and the Financial-Banking Department, respectively. The new positions represent just one of the measures for increasing the efficiency within the law firm, improving the allocation of resources and performance monitoring, measures that have become necessary after a significant increase in the number of lawyers and consultants to more than 160.

 

“I have been looking for a long time outside the firm for an operational manager able optimize the allocation of human and logistic resources but we have decided to promote two persons from within the company with an outstanding experience as lawyers and expertise in coordinating and managing large teams. Added to that, both Ancuta and Cezar graduated project management courses. We have tried this formula with great results for more than a month and therefore we decided to make it official”, states Managing Partner, Doru Catalin Bostina.  

Ancuta Man will supervise the activity of the following departments: IT&C; Transportation; Infrastructure and International Financing; Real Estate; Public Authorities, Environment and Utilities; Public Procurement; Litigation and Judicial Enforcement Departments, as well as our Romanian branches. Cezar Gusu Shall supervise the Financial-Banking; Fiscal; Capital Market; Insurance and Private Pensions; Energy, Oil and Gas; Intellectual Property and Corporate – M&A Departments.
