Valoarea unei burse este de 200 de EURO lunar pe perioada anului de invatamant universitar [octombrie - iunie] in acelasi timp, oferind beneficiarilor si posibilitatea de a lua contact, inca din facultate, cu felul in care lucreaza una din cele mai mari case de avocatura din Romania.

Tema
Pentru participantii din anul IV de la Facultatile de Drept ale Universitatilor Alexandru Ioan Cuza din Iasi, Babes Bolyai din Cluj si Universitatea Bucuresti:
"Institutii financiare nebancare si banci. Diferente si asemanari."
Pentru participantii din anul III de la Facultatea de Drept a Universitatii Bucuresti:
"Rezolutiunea conventionala. Pactele comisorii. Avantaje si dezavantaje ale sistemului dualist de organizare a unei societati comerciale, in comparatie cu sistemul unitar."
Detalii tehnice
Participantii vor trimite o lucrare redactata in Microsoft Word, de maxim 10 pagini, font Times New Roman, dimensiunea 11 si spatiere intre randuri de 1,5.
Lucrarea va fi insotita de o prezentare Power Point care sa rezume ideile prezentate si care va fi sustinuta ulterior de fiecare participant in fata juriului Bostina si Asociatii.
Materialele vor fi trimise la adresa ovidiu.constantinescu@bostinalawyers.eu, insotite de numele si datele de contact ale participantului, pana la data mentionata mai sus.
