OFFICE ACTIVITY IN 2010
The Braşov area, including both the city itself and the industrial areas traditionally revolving around the city, has witnessed in recent times a winding trend, passing gradually from heavy industry to the development of modern industries and the service sector. This particular context also helped shaping the priorities of Boştină şi Asociaţii law office in Braşov.
Our attorneys in Braşov participated in the S.C. RIAL S.A. Braşov project which entailed the update of the land book reference data of all real estates in the old city of Braşov.
Another project, C.N. POŞTA ROMÂNĂ S.A., was no less of a challenge; the gathering of the documentation for each secondary office of the counties of Braşov, Covasna and Harghita, the minute verification of the entire documentation and the participation in the national registration project of the 7,000 secondary offices of Compania Naţionala Poşta Română represented a task which required careful attention to details and particular consideration to the treatment of thoroughness.
Last, but not least, we offered legal advice and representation before the courts of law for Harghita County Council and the Ministry of Public Finance – Phare Payment and Contracts Department in the disputes concerning inadequacies in the development of the contracts financed from European funds.
