OFFICE ACTIVITY

Boştină şi Asociaţii territorial office in Craiova enjoys its favourable location which proves beneficial to it, considering the forecasted economic growth in the region as a result of successive fruitful investments and the diversification of the services announced in the respective area.

During 2010, our Craiova territorial office offered legal advice, assistance and representation before the courts of law and legal assistance in the pre-trial stage of the legal matters, evidence assessment, legal assistance in evidence production procedures, administration of extrajudicial expert’s reports in the fields of civil law, commercial law, administrative litigation for several local companies counting: SC Pan Group SA, S.C. Diamond Feber S.R.L, SC Hame România SRL, the banks CR Firenze România SA and SC Volksbank SA or to public institutions such as the Phare Payment and Contracts Department.

Under the project of UNICREDIT ŢIRIAC BANK SA developed by Boştină şi Asociaţii at country level, our territorial office in Craiova offered legal assistance and representation for insolvency cases, preparation of the documents required to open the insolvency procedure against the client’s debtors, the client’s representation in the creditors’ meeting or committee, and proposed debt recovery strategies.

Our territorial office in Craiova participated in document analysis, drafted additional petitions, verified and approved mortgage agreements, drafted notices for mortgage registrations, issued legal opinions and suggested strategies for approaching disputes based on certain gain/risk assessments.
