During 2010, our territorial office in Galaţi offered legal advice, assistance and representation before the courts of law and legal services in the pre-trial stage of the conflicts, evidence assessment, legal assistance regarding evidence production procedures, administration of extrajudicial expert’s reports in the field of civil, commercial, administration litigation for several companies, including: S.C. Biroul de Turism pentru Tineret S.A. (the Youth Tourist Office), Oficiul de Plaţi şi Contracte Phare (Phare Payment and Contracts Department), S.C. CITADINA 98 S.A.
Our territorial office in Galaţi was also involved in the national project of UNICREDIT ŢIRIAC BANK SA, offering legal assistance and representation for insolvencies, preparation of the required documentation on the opening of the insolvency procedure against the client’s debtors, client representation in the creditors’ meeting or committee, proposal of certain debt recovery strategies under this procedure. It was again under this project that we provided legal assistance and representation services in civil and commercial legal matters (objections to enforcement, claims etc..), drafting petitions, notices, closing arguments, letters in order to be delivered court solutions in favour of the bank.
