OFFICE ACTIVITY

Our territorial office was established in Iaşi in January 2006 and, as early as its establishment, it was one of the major players on the local legal business market. The first sizable project involving our legal team in Iaşi relates to CET Iaşi and consisted of our legal support for obtaining a loan agreement from EBRD in the winter of 2006 and the renegotiation of the Joint Venture Agreement entered into between the Iasi Local Council and Iulius Group SRL for developing the Palas project.

Ever since that time, the Iasi territorial office has been part of most grand scale projects of local development and has equally offered its legal support to clients for the activities performed in the area of Iaşi, Botoşani, Suceava, Bacău, Neamţ, Vaslui counties.

Major projects implemented in the course of 2010 entailed legal assistance to UNICREDIT ŢIRIAC BANK SA under the legal assistance and representation project in respect of the bank’s interests at national level; legal assistance to APAVITAL SA IAŞI, as the main local client, as well as legal assistance on request, in particular, for commercial and tax administrative legal matters, to the Ministry of Public Finances – the Phare Payment and Contracts Department, Ashroich România, Cominco SA, the Youth Tourist Office, the Romanian Waters National Company.
