ACTIVITY

Boştină şi Asociaţii territorial office in Ploieşti experienced a constant growth in terms of its activity. Therefore, throughout 2010, the Ploieşti territorial office mainly offered legal assistance to the following clients: S.C. Conpet S.A and S.C. Rafo, in the oil business, S.C Urban and Proconstruct, two leading companies in the construction sector and Societatea Naţională de Radiocomunicaţii SA.

Other clients of our office in Ploieşti include as well one of the significant shareholders of another large construction company and CN Poşta Română SA, through the project concerning the adjustments to the Land Book necessary for the nationwide registration of working points. Another project of national development which was fully supported by our legal team in Ploieşti is the project concerning UniCredit Ţiriac Bank SA.

It should be noted that the disputes where the law firm represented before the courts of law S.C. Urban and Societatea Naţională de Radiocomunicaţii ended all in the issuance by the court of rulings favourable to our clients and, as far as the litigations of the other clients mentioned above are concerned, our rate of success is extremely positive.
