Our territorial office in Sibiu counts among the first legal offices established by Boştină si Asociaţii in the territory. Nevertheless, during 2010, its activity was affected by the economic crisis which marked this region far more deeply than it did elsewhere.
The Sibiu territorial office offered legal assistance and representation before the courts of law, representing the interests of SNGN ROMGAZ SA Mediaş in labour disputes and in one of the disputes which enjoyed the highest media exposure in the course of the present year: the trial won by ROMGAZ against Fondul Proprietatea, in connection with the suspension, namely the cancellation of a GMS resolution.
The Sibiu territorial office offered legal advice and representation before the courts of law for a great many other regional clients.
On the whole, the legal work of the Sibiu territorial office was put into the service of the project of UniCredit Ţiriac Bank SA, by drafting legal opinions regarding the real properties proposed to be used as mortgaged assets for the mortgage loans and personal loans secured by mortgage granted by the Bank as well as by approving the mortgage-backed sale-purchase agreements or the mortgage agreements.
Our territorial office in Sibiu offered legal assistance and representation before courts of law of all judicial rankings, including drafting petitions, complaints and other written documentation in order to represent the interests of UniCredit Ţiriac Bank SA in civil litigation cases: action for land book registration, action on the absolute nullity of the mortgage agreement; complaints filed against the protocols for finding and punishing minor offences and in disputes on insolvencies.
